I treated my parents to breakfast here this morning with my husband and sister. My parents are local and come here on the few occasions that they eat out because it is a mellow, quiet, good sized little cafe and the outdoor seating is plentiful. We ate on the patio which is covered, a great gift for my beach sunburn and kept us cool. We parked on the street in 2 hour free parking, but they have a small back parking lot with different signs for different spots. Read where you're allowed to park, but it's free and handicap friendly.
Service was friendly and fast, we bought 5 sides of Banana Bread which comes warm, house made, and pretty tasty. I added a bit of butter and it was lovely as a brunch appetizer. The menu is vegetarian and vegan friendly and is pretty large for a cafe. I got the Veggie Egg Benedict with crispy hashbrowns and a pretty tasty orange juice. It's not a huge portion, but just enough to satisfy without wasting any. Coffee and water refills were fast and often. Just a nice little place to kick back munching and chatting. Will return for sure. -

I was really looking forward to this place because it looked promising with a cute outdoor patio area and a crowd outside on Sunday brunch morning but I am assuming it may be out of conveniency for the neighborhood around it because it can not be due to the quality of the food being high because it was the least flavorful set of dishes.
The biscuits were dry the gravy had no flavor, none at all. We even went for some slices of the banana bread and honestly you can make it at home better, seriously dm me and I'll send you a recipe I use all year round. The beans reminded me of Taco Bell, seriously.
Parking is small and tight as well as shared so read the signs & they charge you for paying with anything but cash :) it was just not my cup of tea. -

Went here this morning after stopping at Singing Sun (a fab new cafe) for coffee. We usually go up the street for breakfast but we wanted to try something new. So glad we did! I basically made up my own order out of sides but everything was done perfectly. Boyfriend got country friend steak ( of course) and finished it the whole thing. Side note: I saw the BEST looking pancakes I've ever seen go by while waiting for my food. I worked at Cajun Kitchen and Farmer Boy for over 5 years - I know my pancakes!

Super cute little place in an early-20th-century home painted a sunny yellow with a little parking lot in the back. We came for a weekday breakfast and there was plenty of room to sit and to park. The waitress was efficient and so nice, the food was great, the coffee is really good, and we enjoyed lingering on the covered porch. We left happily full of micheladas with our tasty tri-tip omelette, hash browns, and crispy fruit-topped waffle! We'll definitely be back.

The property is located on the main street, lots of activity. I personally enjoyed that aspect. We went by on a Friday morning, restaurant had steady activity and seemed understaffed. I think if anything, our waitress made this experience much better due to her bubbly personality. The food portions seemed small for what we paid. Food was average.
Chicken fried steak was actually good. Not over salted like at other locations and hashbrowns were tasty.
The omelette we ordered was overcooked and it took away from the overall taste.
Our group also ordered chicken and waffles, the chicken again was overcooked and a little hard.
I was not a fan of the oil used and I don't think I'll go back if in the area. I would say this place is average for the area. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either.
